Meet us on the 12th floor

In our RoofDrop Bar, modern signature drinks meet the low-waste concept. We create unique drinks that not only impress with their flavour, but also tell their own story - with regional, seasonal ingredients. In this way, we promote a variety of flavours, support local agriculture and reduce our ecological footprint. With us, drinking becomes a conscious, holistic experience - for the palate and the environment.

However, our success would be nothing without our team, especially Helen. She has been with us from the very beginning and inspires us with her creative, sustainable approach.
